London has been my home now for almost 7 years. I was born in Toronto, and have Newfoundland roots. I have taken pictures of various areas around London.
The Central Library located on Queen Street, has lots of Genealogical information relating to London and surrounding communities. I believe all of the cemeteries have been transcribed. There are also parish registers located in the library too. It is all located in the London Room on the second floor of the library. All of the material in the “Room” is reference, so it is not available for inter-library loan.
The library, which has been at Queen street for many years, is moving this Fall to a new location. They are going to be located in the Galleria Mall, where The Bay once was.
