William McPHERSON vs Alexander G. W. GORDON, Debt
On this cause on motion of Plaintiff's attorney leave is granted by this Court to amend the suit by inserting the names of Elizabeth McPHERSON & Murdock McPHERSON as additional Plaintiff's and the names of Elvira GORDON, Malinda POLLOCK, George W. JARRANCE and Eliza JARRANCE as additional defendants, the amendments are allowed without cost.

State vs John GORDON - Peace Warrant
This day came the attorney general for the State and the defendant in proper person and thereupon Court having all the evidence in the cause for and against the defendant, doth order that the defendant enter into bond with good and sufficient security in the sum of two hundred dollars to keep the peace with all the citizens of the State and especially the said Ellison TOLIVER for the term of twelve months from this day & that he pay the cost of this prosecution and he be in custody of the sheriff until the orders of this Court be completed with & thereupon came W. JONES & James GORDON into open Court and acknowledged themselves indebted to the State of Tennessee in the sum of two hundred dollars to be levied of their goods & chattels, lands and tenements jointly & severally to be void however if the said John GORDON shall keep the peace towards all citizens of the State and especially the said E. TOLIVER for the term of 12 months from this day. And the said James GORDON also in open Court acknowledged himself defendants security for costs, confessed judgement therefore and W. JONES acknowledged himself the security the other security that it shall be paid. It is therefore considered by the Court that the State of Tennessee recover of said defendant and said James GORDON said costs, and if not be made off them, this if said laws for which execution may issue.
