State of Tennessee vs Stephen HUBBARD (col'd) - Larceny
Came the Atty Genl to prosecute for the State and capias and alias capias having been issued for the defendant and returned not found. It is therefore considered by the Court that this case be dropped from the docket, that the State of Tennessee pay her own costs and note the clerk of the Court certify the same to the __ of the Treasury for payment.
State of Tennessee vs H. GORDON & P. LERELL - Larceny
Came the attorney general to prosecute for the State and capior and alias capior have issued for the defendants and returned not found - It is therefore considered by the Court that this case be dropped, that the State of Tennessee pay her own costs and that the Clerk of the Court certifies the same to the ___ of the Treasurer for payment.

Came the Atty Genl to prosecute for the State and capias and alias capias have been issued for the defendant and returned not found. It is therefore considered by the Court that this case be dropped from the docket, that the State of Tennessee pay her own costs, and that the Clerk of the Court certify the sum to the __ of the Treasury for payment.

DRAUGHON & FERGUSON vs J.C. STARK - Appeal
Came the parties by their attorney and also a jury of good and lawful men, to Wit, J.C. COBB, J.W.S. MIDICK, S. CLISAND, W.P. WINES, D.W. JACKSON, Jno STEWART, Wm WOODARD, J.W. GORDON, Jno JOHNSON, C.N. WOODALL, J.I. HALERAN & B. RANDOLPH - who being duly elected, tried and from the truth to speak of the matters in controversy upon their oath do say, they find for the plaintiff and that the defendant does owe them eleven ($11.00) dollars. It is therefore considered by the Court that the plaintiff recover of J.C. STARK and J.W. REDD, his security on his appeal bond, said sum of eleven ($11.00) dollars and also the costs of this suit for which ____may issue.
P. COOK, one of the regularly elected grand jurors is this day discharged from further attendance at this term of the Court; and thereupon the Court appoints Bayles RANDOLPH a good and lawful man of said County in his room and head, and he appeared in open Court and took the oath prescribed by law for grand jurors.
