Lewis YATES vs James YATES and Thos D. RAGSDALE, Admr. of William RAGSDALE, dec'd - Motion
This day came the plaintiff by his attorney and produced in Court a Judgement rendered before E.C. WILLIAMS Esq. a Justice of the Peace in favor of Samuel SPEARMAN against the said William RAGSDALE in his lifetime for the sum of ninety two dollars & fifty cents & motions the Court for judgement for the same and it appearing satisfactory to the Court that Lewis YATES the plaintiff in this action was security for the stay of execution on said judgement & that the same has been paid and satisfied by said Lewis YATES. It is therefore concluded by the Court that the plaintiff Lewis YATES recover of the said James YATES & Thomas D. RAGSDALE Administrators of the estate of William RAGSDALE dec'd. The sum of ninety three dollars and forty three cents, balance of debt and interest due to the said Lewis YATES as said judgement together with the costs of this motion to be levied of the goods and chattels rights and credits of the said Wm. RAGSDALE dec'd in the hands of said James YATES & William RAGSDALE to be administered on or that may hereafter come to be their hands to be administered.
