This day appeared the Solicitor General in behalf of the State and the defendant in proper person being arraigned and charged on the bill of indictment pleadeth not guilty and for his trail puts himself upon his Country and the Solicitor likewise and thereupon came a jury of good and lawful men, to wit, Josiah FARMER, Drury BELL, Lewis COBB, Robert LONG, Matthew DOSS, William ARNOLD, Elijah HUGHS, J.
