State vs Anderson GUNN - Indictment Assault & Battery
Anderson GUNN the defendant & Pinckney GUNN and Moses ROE his securities acknowledged themselves held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee in the final sum of five hundred dollars, viz, the defendant in the sum of $250 and his securitries the sum of $125 each to be levied of their proper goods and chattels, land and tenements respectively to be levied on condition that the said Anderson GUNN doth make his personal appearance before the Justices of ur Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be holden for the county of Robertson a the Courthouse in the town of Springfield on the first Wednesday after the second Monday in February next then & there to answer the charge of the State of Tennessee against him on a bill of indictment for assault & battery & not depart without leave of the Court.
On motion of William ADAMS Sr. it is ordered by the Court that William CROCKETT, Thos J. MENESS, William ADAMS Jr., James MENESS and Jacob FISER together with Henry JOHNSON surveyor divide the real estate of STERLING dec'd amongst the legatees of said dec'd and report to next Court and that Joel RAGSDALE be appointed special guardian for the minor children of Herbert HARWELL dec'd for that purpose.

This day came the plaintiff by attorney & William C. CONRAD one of the defendants surrendered in open Court the body of Samuel M. ROACH in exhoneration of himself & John BINKLEY as appearance bail for said ROACH in the suit said NELSON against said ROACH. It is therefore considered by the Court that said CONRAD and BINKLEY be discharged as appearance bail for said ROACH in said cause and that said NELSON recover of said CONRAD & BINKLEY the costs of the scire facias.
Yearby HUDSON vs William RAGSDALE - Motion
This day came the defendant by attorney & produced in open Court a receipt setting forth that he had paid the sum of $13.92 3/4 as security further defendant & motions the Court for judgement and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that said HUDSON was security for said RAGSDALE for said sum. It is therefore considered by the Court that the plaintiff recover of the defendant the sum of $13.92 3/4 cents together with his cost by him about his suit in this behalf expended.
William MILES vs Isaac SAUNDERS & Jacob MOAKE - Motion
On a judgement before a Justice of the Peace on the 12th Dec 1825 for a balance of debt of $12.84 together with the costs of suit expended whereupon an alias execution is ___ & returned to this court by an officer levied on all the rights & title that Jacob MOAKE has in & to 110 acres of land in the waters of Sycamore on adjoining Jesse SIMMONS

It is ordered by the Court that the __ finish road from the Sulphur Fork to John MORRIS's be turned to run up the bank of the creek & intersect the old road near John MORRIS's land in the __ __ by said PORTER which is to be opened and in good repair by said PORTER & shall be received by the overseer of said road in __ of the old road & worked & kept in order by him & hands belonging to said road.
