The last will of Henry DURANT, State of Sumter District, Salem Co South Carolina. Declared by him, by word of mouth this eighth day of January 1805. A few minutes previous to his death, at his own house, called upon us whose names are underwritten to evidence the method in which he wished his estate to be divided which are as follows, viz, The personal property that I have already give to my oldest children, I allow to them who are to remit the sum of five hundred dollars to my wife and younger children, in consequence of land give to them and also all my personal property now in my possession to be equally divided between my wife and younger children. These were the words spoken by the said Henry DURANT, deceased, in the presence of us whose names are underwiritten as evidence for the due execution thereof.
