Wednesday October the 6th A.D. 1869
And now on this day came C.K. DAVIS an attorney of this Court and by virtue of a regular warrant of attorney to him duly executed by the defendant in this case and confesses judgement in this case for two hundred two and 20/100 dollars. It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Court that judgement be entered against Wesley AUSTIN the defendant herein for the sum of two hundred and two & 20/100 dollars damages and all costs of this suit on that execution may issue therefore.
