In the name of God Amen. I Isaac Clement of South Carolina being in a good state of health and sound disposing memory and do hereby constitute and apint this my my last will and testament and is of form as followeth I recommend my soul into the hands of God that gave it and my body to the Ground to be buried at the discression of my Executors. Item I give and bequeath to my son Aaron Clement lawfully begotton by the body of Ann Clement my lawfull wife a negro man named phil a Negro girl Lase and a Negro Boy named Israel with the benefit that he has received by Jacob and will to him and the heirs of his body that is lawfully begotten forever Item I give and bequeath to my son Stephen Clement lawfully begotten by the body of Ann Clement my lawfull wife a negro wench named Silale a by named Dave a negro Girl named Rose and a negro Boy named julas to him and his heirs forever Item I give and bequeath to my son Hugh Clement Lawfully begotton by my lawful wife a Negro man named Harry a negro Girl named Fillis and one do named Barbery to him and his heirs forever Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Rachel Butterworth Lawfully begotton by my lawful wife Ann Clement a Negro wench named Moll a negro Girl named mill and a girl named Dinah to her and the heirs of her Body lawfully begotton for Ever Item I give and bequeath to my son Isaac Clement Lawfully by the body of my Lawful wife Ann Clement a negro wench named Fan a negro boy named named Bill and a negro Girl named Alse to him and the Lawful heirs of his body forever Item I give and bequeath to my son Daniel Clement lawfully begotten by the body of my lawful wife Ann Clement a negro boy named Philip a young wench named Silvia And a negro girl named Ame and all that part of the land I live on to the west of the main Road with orchards houses fences & to him and and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and to remain with them forever Item I give and bequeath to my son Benjamin Clement Lawfully begotten by the body of my lawful Ann Clement a negro Girl named Grace with all that part of the tract of land I now live on East of the main Road with the half of Grist mill the other half of the said mill is for son Daniel above named it being forgot and 150 years square for the saw mill which will laid of after this to him and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and so remain with them for ever and said saw mill and the land allotted is not to be sold out of my family my will and desire is that the land be kep in my family so it is that my will and desire is that son Benjamin Clement have all the Land to the east side of the Roat as mentioned the other side and that all and every thing belonging to my Estate to my Estate that is not mentioned be equally divided among my Children named in my last will and testament. Item I give and bequeath to son Stephen Clement Stephen Butterworth Hugh Clement and Isaac Clement now Jr. all that tract or parsel of Land in Pittsylvania County in Virginia Containing by estimation Six hundred and 36 and a half acres or what it fetches if sold to be equally divided among the said as named for the same my will and desire is that all things be ton according to the true intent and meaning of these presents and that if I should chance to take a Companion and should di before them they are to have a reasonable maintance during their life and lastly I do appoint my son Stephen Clement Hugh Clement Hugh Clement and my son Benjamin Clement my whole executors of this my last will and Testament in witness there of I have here unto set my hand and afixed my seal this 30th day of October 1805

1812 ) May the 18 ) I Isaac Clement feel myself in sound reason and good health so I do feel to make an addition to my will the addition is this my son Aaron Clement to have a negro garl named Cloe to my daughter Rachel Butterworth one negro Boy named Ned to my son Stephen Clement one negro garl named Easter to my son Hug Clement one negro boy named Jack to my son Isaac Clement one negro garl named Viannah to my son Daniel Clement one negro boy named Joshua to my son Ben Clement the next young negro or to have the value of it to be maid up in other property
