Dachstedder, Crownidge Kincade and Jacob Dachstedder, members of a Class in the Regiment of Militia commanded by Col. Frederick Fisher to Hannickel Weaver, of Caughnawaga District. Deed dated 5/16/1785; recorded 5/18/1785. Description: The aforesaid grantors did, by an Act, "for raising troops to complete the line of this State in the service of the U.S. and the two Regiments to be raised on bounties of inappropriate lands and for the further defense of the frontiers of the State", passed 3/27/1782, engage Abraham Van Dusen to serve in the said troops from 5/1/1782 to 11/1/1783. It is hereby granted that right to any land they may become entitled to by engaging the said Abraham Van Dusen will be conveyed to Hannickel Weaver, his heirs and assigns forever.
