I am looking for information about Anne (or Hannah) Driscoll and Jeremiah Sullivan who had at least five children who were baptized in Timoleague, County Cork between 1858 and 1865. There names are hardly unique: Mary, Margaret, John, Annie and Jeremiah. There may also have been a Michael. I know Mary, John, Jeremiah and Annie came to the US in their teens and twenties. There was a story "floating around" in our family that Anne Driscoll Sullivan died after these children were born and Jeremiah remarried. And, that the reason the children left Ireland was that they did not like their new step-mother. I assume that Anne (Hannah) Driscoll was born around 1840. I also have a note from my grandmother saying that land at /around/near Moore Abbey had been in Hannah Driscoll's family for years. Since Moore Abbey is in Kildare, this didn't seem probable. Then I found that there is a place called Mourneabbey in County Cork. So, this might be where she is from.
