Cause maketh oath and saith that he this diponent by name and description of
Charles Alexander of Killesandra in the County of Cavan Gentleman did on the
seventh day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and

thousand and eight hundred and fifty obtain a judgement in her Majestys Court
of Exchequer in Ireland against the Defendant in this Cause By the name and
description of Andrw Ferguson of Cardilea in the County of Cavan Farmer for the
sum of Two Hundred pounds Stirling Besides Two pounds three shillings for costs
as By the Records of the Said Court may fully appear. This deponent Further
Saith that to the best of his Knowledge Information and Belief the Said
defendant on that .ust is at the time of Swearing the affidavit Suteed or
possedssed of or had disposing power while he may without the assent of any
other person exercie for his own benefit over cetains Lands tenements
Suriditaments and premises hereafter mentioned that is to say That is to say

Killisandra and County of Cavan. Deponent Further Saith that the Lease of
