CLAIBORNE AND ALICE HILL HARRIS
I am still searching for any information about Claiborn Harris
who was
born probably between 1760 and1763. He married Alice
Young Hill
who may have been the daughter of Henry Hill of the Darlington
District
S. C. I have traced him to Anson County, N. C. in 1800.
He may have
been in Montgomery Co. N. C. between 1790 and 1800. He came to
Dickson
and/or Montgomery Co. Tn. in 1807 and moved to Fayette County, Tn.
about
1830. He died there in 1833. I believe Alice died in Montgomery
County,
Tn. a little before 1820.
