I William A. Harris, a resident of Blount County, Alabama, over the age of twenty one years, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish my last will and testament, revoking all former wills which may have been made at any time heretofore by me. FIRST. I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon after my decease, by my executors as practicable. It is my wish to have a monument at my grave just like my wife T. A. Harris. SECOND I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my children or their heirs, namely Delia Mitchell, Pinkie Bynum, Cobb Harris, William Lee Harris, Tullie Harris, Carrie Saye, and David Harris (deceased) his heirs to share equally in their Fathers part of my estate, after deducting $250.00 that David Harris owes me. Sarah Bynum (deceased) her heirs to share equally in her part. Tullie Harris to share equally after deducting $200.00 from his part which he owes me. THIRD I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my grandsons and sons of my Daughter Georgia Waid (deceased) the sum of Five Dollars each if living at my death, namely Lawrence Waid and Leroy Waid. The above to constitute her or their total interest in my estate. FOURTH I hereby nominate and appoint my Sons-in-law P. B. Mitchell and T. R. Bynum as executors of this my last will and testament. Witness my hand this the 4th day of October 1927.
