I have a copy of this book, which my ggfather Charles Nelson Harris acquired nearly one hundred years ago.  It was written by Joseph S. Harris and was published in Philadelphia in 1903. Attached is the first
page of the Preface.

I do not know if this book is scarce or commonly available. I should like to make the contents available to any seeking information on Pennsylvania Harris ancestors. One way to do this might be to attach the title page and both preface pages in a posting to your Harris list, but I don't know if you ever accept attachments?

I have thus far not been able to confirm the folks in this book with my Chambersburg ancestors, and am hoping that someone may have information that would help me do this. Thanks for your reply and for your most interesting web site!
