How do I submit my Genealogies and other information?

You may E-Mail your data to me and I will copy it to the pages. This is the preferred way.
If you wold rather put it on a disk and mail it, you may do so. I would ask that you save it as an ASCII file. I use, Word-Perfect 8, so I can accept any Word-Perfect file 8 or under.
Please, do not mail any typed or written pages. I do not have the time to re-type all of the data.

Can I submit pictures?

Yes, we have a page for photos.

How do I send the pictures?

You can E-Mail them to me at [email protected].
If you do not have a scanner, you can send them by regular mail. I will scan and return them to you.
You will need to enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope, of appropriate size, for the return of your pictures.
If you choose to do this, E-Mail me for the mailing address.

Can I put my other family lines or surnames on your page ?
A
No. We must limit this to the COOTS family. You may, of course, put parents' and spouses' names, but they must be connected in someway to the Coots name.

I have a Web Page, but it is not Coots only. Can you put a link to my page from yours ?
A
Yes ! We would love to link to other Genealogy pages. We would ask, that in return, you link back to us.
We do insist that the page be family friendly. Nothing x-rated or with questionable materials.

What if I want to have my information removed from your page ?

Just send an E-Mail, with your request. I will remove it as soon as I can.
