Wall Coppedge
Wall Coppedge was born June 22, 1868 in Missouri, the son of William Thomas and MaryMiller Coppedge. Wall's father, William, served with the 1st Northeast Cavalry, Company
C, Missouri under Captain John Williams. William was captured on October 20, 1862.
Wall Coppedge was the great-great grandson of Israel Boone, brother of the famous explorer
Daniel Boone. Wall married Lola Mae Hanson from Texas, who was born February 13, 1872.
She was the daughter of Pinkey M. and Laura Francis Howell Hanson. Wall and Lola Hanson
Coppedge had seven children: Charles Henry, Emmet Madison, Wallace Way, John, James,
Haskell Franklin, and Opal Mary Frances.
