I Henry Flood of the County of Mercer in the State of Missouri do make and publish this my last will and testament.

1st I give and bequeath to my eldest daughter Martha Ann Griffon the sum of five dollars.

2nd I also give and bequeath to my son John Flood the sum of Five dollars.

3rd I also give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Jane Worley Five Dollars.

4th I also give and devise or bequeath to my Caroline _____ Five Dollars.

5th I also give and devise or bequeath to my Daughter Sallie Hazle Five Dollars.

6th I also give and bequeath to my Son Joshua Flood Five Dollars.

7th I also give and bequeath to my son Joseph Flood Five Dollars.

8th I also give and bequeath to my Son Noah Flood Five Dollars.

9th I also give and bequeath to my son Stephen Flood Five Dollars.

10th I also give and bequeath to my son Willis Flood Five Dollars.

11th I also give and bequeath to my Daughter Nancy Stoner (Storm?) Five Dollars

12th I also give and bequeath to my Daughter Betsy Crane Five Dollars.

13th I also give and bequeath to my son Washington Flood Five Dollars

And lastly as to all rest rest residue and remainder of my personal estate whatsoever after payment of my just debts I give and bequeath the same to my beloved Sarah Ann Flood whom I hereby appoint my sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 21st day of August 1875.

I, Henry Flood in the County of Mercer, State of Missouri do make this my last will 1st I give and devise unto Sarah Ann Flood my beloved wife of Mercer County State of Missouri all and every my messuage lands tenements and hereditaments with the appurtenances whereof I am seized in fee situated lying and being in the County of Mercer and State of Missouri the above real estate as designated is willed and devised to the said Sarah Ann Flood during her natural life after the death of the said Sarah Ann Flood the estate to her legal heirs and representatives in equal partition to have and to hold all and every the said messuages lands and tenements and hereditaments with the appurtenances to her the said Sarah Ann Flood her heirs and assigns forever.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 21 day of August A.D. 1875.
