I John Crafton being of perfect mind and memory considering the uncertainty of
life do make and appoint this my last will and Testament......
		SYNOPSIS OF WILL:
		John Crafton bequeathed unto his wife Elizabeth, their tract of land
during her life...... and several slaves......
bequeathed unto his son Robert Crafton, grandsons, George Crafton,
Dennis Crafton, Richard Crafton, and Daniel Crafton several slaves......
bequeathed unto his daughter Jemima Craig 1 slave.
bequeathed to his granddaughter Nancy Wade Craig 1 slave.
bequeathed to his daughter Sarah Bennett Shelburn $100
bequeathed to his daughter Elizabeth Sammons his two cows & calves
bequeathed to his daughter Mary Singleton Cole 1 slave for 7 years.
bequeathed to his grandson Daniel Crafton $100 He appointed his wife Elizabeth, Andrew Craig and Daniel Wilkes 23rd day of December 1815. Witnesses: James Hardon and Samuel Cole The will was produced into open court April Session 1816 for probate. Book B - Page 220 There is 11 pages of Inventory.
