Oliver Harrison Fetters
(husband of Julia Ann Sammons)
Guardianship of John & Franklin Fetters

			Mr. Oliver H Fetters as principal and                   and
                  			as securities are held and firmly bound
			unto the State of Missouri in the sum of Eight Hundred
			dollars for the pay ment of which we bind ourselves and our
			heirs. Upon the condition that whereas the said Oliver H
			Fetters has been appointed by the probate Court of Schuyler
			County, Missouri Guardian of the person and Curator of
			the estate of John Fetters and Franklin Fetters of said
			county   minors under the age of Twenty One years
			And if the said Oliver H Fetters shall faith fully discharge
			his duties as said Guardian and Curator according to
			law then this bond to be void other wise to remain in full

			Notice that Julia wasn't a part of this document but her			
			father, George Sammons was a signer.

			In the 1870 Schuyler Co. MO Census John Fetters, age 7, 
			and Franklin Fetters, age 9, were in the household of 
			Oliver and Julia Ann Fetters.
			Albert Franklin Fetters was born 6 Aug 1861 and died 25
			Dec 1874 and is buried in Brushy Cemetery-Lancaster MO-
			Schuyler Co.
