Know all men by these presents that I George Sammons of the County of Schuyler and State of Missouri being of Sound minde do on this Fifth day of September Eighteen hundred and Seventy one make this my Last will and Testament, realizing the unsertaninty of life and the Sertainty of Death. FIRST: For the love and affection of my oldes Daughter, Clary J. Gire I will and bequeath to her all the North East fourth of the North East quarter of Section No 26, Twentysix and the South East fourth of the South West quarter of Section No 23, Twentythree. Also one Dollar in Money for her to have and take possession of from this day Said Land all is being and Lying in the County of Schuyler and State of Missouri and in Township no 65 Sixtyfive of Range No 14 Fourteen and to arrange and Control as may Seem to her best and for her to keep the Taxes paid up on Said described Lands SECOND: For the love and affection of my Twin Child and Sone Newton C. Sammons and for One Dollar in Cash I Will and bequeath to him all the North East fourth of the South East quarter of Section No 22 Twentytwo and the North West fourth of the South West quarter of Section No 23, Twentythree Excepting Five Acres in a Square in South East Corner of said Subdivision all in Township No 65 Sixtyfive of Range No 14 Fourteen and being and Lying in the County of Schulyer and State of Missouri for him to have and take possession from this day by him paying the taxes of on Said Lands as above Described THIRD: For the Love and affection of my Twin Child and Daughter Juley A.
