	S Crafton, mns West 100 poles to its SW conr a poplar
	then North 160 1/2 poles to its NW corner and Inc then West
	102 poles to a blackoak on the East boundary of Elijah
	Robertsons 667 1/2 Acre only then South 83 poles to its
	SE conr then West with the South boundary of the Same
	2?.5 poles To and Inc then South 173 poles to a blackoak
	then East 279 poles, to a stake opts then North 110 1/2 poles
	to a dogwood on the South boundary of a 200 acre entry
	in the name of Wm Dial then West with said line
	32 1/2 poles to a stake Opts on the East boundary of entry
	No 943 then South 14 1/2 poles to the beginning 
	

	With the hereditaments and appurtenances.   To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of 
	land with its appurtenances,
	to the said Heirs of James J Sammons and their heirs forever.
