JULIA ANN SAMMONS FETTERS WILL
(in Schuyler Co. Missouri)
Last Will and Testament of Julia A Fetters

 			   I Julia A Fetters of Lancaster, Schuyler County, Missouri	 
	 		realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make
			publish and declare this instrument to be my last will and testament
			hereby revoking and rendering null and void all other Wills by me
			heretofore made; and
			   First: I direct that all my just debts be paid in full.
			   Second: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
			and remainder of my property of Whatsoever kind or nature and whereso-
			ever situate to my niece, Effie L. Martin; provided the Said Effie L. Martin
			faithfully and fully complies with the terms, conditions and stipulations
			Set forth in a Certain Warranty deed Which I have executed and delivered
			to her.
			   Third: But Should the aforesaid Effie L. Martin fail, neglect or
			refuse to comply with the terms, conditions and stipulations of said
			deed mentioned in clause Second - hereof, then I Will and direct
			that all my property or Whatsoever kind or nature and wheresoever
			Situate, be distributed as the laws of the State of Missouri
			provide in cases of intestates.
			   Fourth: I nominate the aforesaid Effie L. Martin as the 
			executrix of this Will and desire that she act as
			Such under the advice of O.O. Fagle of Said City of Lancaster.
			   Fifth: In testimony Whereof I have hereunto affixed
			my Signature, this 8th day of November A.D. 1920 in the
			presence of G.W. Hamilton and Olin U. Murpin Who
			at my request attested my Signature hereto.
