I now believe this to be Edom R. Curlee's [probable] mother, Mary Curlee.
A Mary CURLEE was listed with Edom R. in the 1850 Coweta Co. Georgia Census.
The above document was dated 11 March 1840, so Edom R. would have been 12 in 1840.
His brother? Lovick Curlee lived in Dwelling 819 in 1850.
The "ONLY" CURLEE listed in the 1840 Georgia Census Index was Lovick CURLEE
I believe Mary CURLEE was Lovick's AND Edom R's mother.
IS THIS THE ABOVE MARY?
1832 Georgia Cherokee Land Lottery
Number: 94
District: Twenty Third District, Third Section, Cherokee
Name: Mary Curlie
Residence: Alberson's
County: Walton
Comment: Widow; granted previous to the first day of January, 1838.
Lovick married Nancy A. 16 Nov 1837 in Meriwether Co GA. Their marriage was listed as
Lovice Curlee to Nancy A. Curlee. (cousin/inlaw???)
There is also a marriage of a Mary Curlee to William Thomston 4 Feb 1838 in Meriwether
Co. Georgia. I believe William to be the same William Thompson as in the above Mary
Curlee document. Mary would have been 52, so was she marrying William or was this
Mary one of the unnamed daughters of Mary?
I have also found in the list of Indian Wars:
CURLEE L M Lucas Co. I Williamson's Georgia Vol (Creek War) - Private
I would assume this to be Lovick.

0 Male 50-60 1 Female 50-60 I believe this to be Lovick's mother, Mary CURLEE age 54
Did the male child die before 1850? The female is Mary E.
Is the other 20-30 yr old female? Nancy's sister, Lovick's sister or Edom R's sister ???
Is the 15-20 yr old male John W?
Only found 3 CURLEE families in the 1850 Coweta Co. Georgia census.
[Edom R CURLEE - L.M. (Lovick) CURLEE - John W CURLEE]
Was John W CURLEE --- Lovick's brother? Mary Curlee's son? Edom R's brother?

Found something I hadn't noticed before in the 1860 Jackson Parish LA Census:
Edom R. named his daughter Betnetta & John W's wife was named Bernetta. (Edom R's sister-in-law???)
Looks like his 9 yr old son is John W T (for his uncle???)
His 4 yr old daughter is Mary, probably for his mother???
