2. Herman Sammons
3. Ocie Sammons (died in Abilene Texas)
4. Leona Sammons, b. April 5, 1897, Georgetown, Tx: d. Nov. 16, 1960, Dallas,
   Tx: m. Tom R. James, 1921.

Leona buried at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetary in Dallas.  Was married 36 years,
died of panceatic cancer.  Husband Tom, in early years was in the laundry
business.  Later owned a beauty shop.  Last years in the real estate business.
No children. Married 36 years to Leona.

Floyd died in Dallas, Tx.  The following published obituary found in his
mothers Bible: (the date was cut off...probably around 1921):
"Mr. Sammons, at 502 1/2 Griffin in Dallas, a painter, drowned when his car
plunged off Industrial Blvd, near the automobile race track.  Funeral was held
at the chapel of Ed C. Smith & Brothers, with buriel in Grove Hill Cementary."

Children of Floyd Sammons are:
1. Mildred Sammons  m. Eddie Bristow    
2. Edward Earl Sammons, b. Sept. 23, 1916, Pensacola, Fl.: died May 6, 1995,
   Dallas.
