The State of Tennessee No. 3327
	TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING;
	   Know Ye, That for and in consideration of the sum of twelve and one half cents, per acre paid 
	into the Office of the Entry taker of Carroll County, and entered on the 17th
	day of June 1846 pursuant to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of 
	said State, passed 11 day of Jany, 1842, by No. 479           
	THERE IS GRANTED by the said State of Tennessee, unto Paul H Salmons
 
	A certain tract or parcel of land, containing 164 3/4 Acres 
	by servey, bearing date the 26th day of August 1847 lying in said county,
	Range 3 Section1 on Cane Creek, the waters of Rutherfords Fork
	of Obion River,  Beginning on a small hickory bush with a black
	& spanish oak, pointers, 46 poles West of the N.E.C. of O.. Entry No. 134 for
	55 2/4 acres in the name of C Davis & runs west passing the N.W.C. of the same
	at 47 poles in all 92 poles to a sweet gum with pointers on the E. boundary
	of Wm Johnsons Survey Thence North with the same crossing a branch
	Several times in all 142 poles to a stake, a post & 2 White oak pointers
	his N.E.C. ovnm? Then west of poles to a stake with black, nd, post oak
	& chesnut pointers Thence North 122 poles to a spanish oak with
	pointers  Then East 109 poles to a blackoak with pointers on
	the W boundary of Jas C. Kirbys occupant Claim, Then South
	with the same, crossing cane Creek, nine to the right in all
	764 poles to the Beginning



	With the hereditaments and appurtenances.  To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of 
	land with its appurtenances, to the said Paul H Salmons 
	and his heirs forever.  In Witness whereof, Neil S Brown Governor 
	of the State of Tennessee; hath hereunto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the 
	State to be affix
	ed; at Nashville on the 12th day of January in the 
	year of Our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty- 8 and of the Independence of 
	the United States, the 72
