 		N: 92q.             }	This Indenture made the 11th day of Feby
		Richard Sammonds    }	one thousand Eight hundred and thirty 
		To} Deed 92 Acres   }	nine between Richard Sammonds of 
	 	Hardy T. Snell      }	the State of Tennessee and the County of
					Rutherford of the one part, & Hardy
		T. Snell of the County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth
		that the said Richard Sammonds for and in Consideration of the sum 
		of Five hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by the said Hardy T Snell
		the receipt is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold, Conveyed
		And Confirmed unto the said Hardy T Snell and his heirs and assigns
		forever, a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County
		of Rutherford on the head waters of Overalls Creek, a branch of Stones
		river, Beginning on a cedar, running East forty Eight poles to a dogwood
		and Ash stump, thence north fifty two poles to a dogwood Stump, thence
		East forty five poles to a stake, thence north one hundred & six poles
		to a stake, thence West forty five poles to a Buckeye & locust, thence
		north fifty one poles to a cedar & Ironwood, thence West forty eight
		poles to a post oak, thence South two hundred and nine poles to the
		Beginning, And by Survey Ninety two and one half Acres be the same
		more or less, And the said Richard Sammonds and his heirs and assigns
		doth Covenant and agree with the said Hardy T. Snell and his heirs
		forever the above mentioned tract or parcel of land with its appurten-
		-ances and singular hereditaments to same belonging or in any
		ways appurtaining from himself and heirs or assigns forever,
		In Witness whereof I Richard Sammons have hereunto Set my
		hand and seal this the day and date above written,

		State of Tennessee }
		Rutherford County  }  Personally appeared before me John Woods Clerk of
		the County Court of said County Jas. E Webb & Roger Snell subscribing wit-
		-nesses to the foregoing deed who being first sworn depose and say they are
		acquainted with the above named Richard Sammons the bargainor and
		that he acknowledged the same in their presence to be his act and deed
		upon the day it bears date,
