Age in pension:44 years old, 5'8" 22 Jan 1899 stated while in the line of his duty at
Union City, in the State of Tennessee on or about the Spring 1863, he
contracted chronic Diarrhea resulting in Flux Resulting in Rheumatism
and indigestion, caused by bad water and food while on duty
He stated that he has not been employed in the military or naval service
otherwise than as stated above except two months after his discharge above
he went into Hancocks Veteran Reserve Corps and served about Eight months.
That since leaving the service this applicant has resided in the County of
Schuyler & Adair Cos in the State of Missouri, and his occupation has been
that of a Farmer.
