this family ties in with the Cummings family through the marriage

of Mary Brown Pope, to Carl E Cummings,Jr.

JOSEPH WILLIAMS CARROLL March 07, 1871,

son of ELIJAH CARROLL and CYNTHIA HARSHAW.

He was born November 16, 1833, and died

November 23, 1904.
