Wood Dealer, and married 1903-4Q at Oakham to Sarah Ellen
Cunnington.

Was Sarah a Laundry Maid C1901 at Maltby YKS Ref 4403/14 Rotherham

She b Manton, see FAM 38B and d 1915-3Q age 33,
and he then lived with a Housekeeper. They lived Mill St and
later 50 Dean St Oakham, also understand he used to be a
Shopkeeper at Braunston, and was known as "Billy Chopsticks".
He died age 86 Oakham 1954-1Q.

They had seven children (this list is Eight!):-

1907-1Q Margaret Ellen. She married a GEORGE H(436) Cunnington,
        at Wakefield 1934-1Q. Their children included ;

He died Oakham 1921-3Q age 59, she 1924-3Q age 60.

This text is from the book "Rutland and the Great War"
Driver ERNEST WILLIAM CUNNINGTON. Son of Mr and Mrs Horace
Cunnington of Braunston, Rutland, he was in service of Viscount
Churchill,before joining the motor department of Great Western
Railways to learn motor engineering.Later he went to the
Birmingham Midland Motor Co. as a mechanic, and he then
enlisted as a Motor Driver with 44 Coy A S C on 17 April 1915
going straight to France. Ernest was not very robust and
suffered many colds with complications, being invalided home
on 1st March 1917. He died at the 1st Southern General Hospital
in Birmingham, and is buried at Braunston. He was 24 years old.
