Charles DUKE, son of Charles DUKE (cordwainer), was born 1832 in the City of London. Charles was a bootmaker & cordwainer. Charles married Hannah ALCOCK (daughter of Thomas & Sarah ALCOCK) in St. Pancras Church, Middlesex, England, 7 June 1858. Hannah ALCOCK was born 1838 in Sibford Gower, Banbury, Oxford, England. Charles & Hannah raised at least five children: Sarah Anne Elizabeth (b 1859), Charles, William, George & Hannah (b 1876). All children were born in Camden Town, Middlesex.
