STARKEY CEMETERY - (Private)
Starkey's Wharf, Johnston Parish, Queens Co., NB

Due to the fact that I have fallen far behind with adding photos to this site, Albums have been added to this cemetery listings. It contain photos of all stones found at the date the photos were taken. It may contain items not listed in the transcripts, or have corrections to the entries listed here. Transcripts may have data that has been lost due to the passage of time. Dates list for the photos may be the dates they were altered for this site rather than the date the photos were taken.

     This sketch and report was made by Fred L. Corcoran, assisted by Mr. George West, for the Queens County Historical Society - Nov 1975.

    This cemetery is on land originally granted to Hezekiah Starkey, and known as Lot 10. It is now owned by Mr. William Nairn. It is on the right side of the road leading down to Starkey's Wharf. It is overgrown with trees and bushes. One part with five
graves without headstones has been recently cleared and a low fence placed about it.  The rest has had no care and some headstones are down.

    Now placed in alphabetical order with original numbers retained.
