The photos were compared to a transcript of this cemetery, held at the Provincial Archives of New Brunswick, and the following  note was taken from that source - Located at Big Cove on the Washademoak lake. There are several unmarked graves as well as those recorded here.  The dates range from approximately 1880 up to 1954.  This data was collected by Jean and Talbert Carpenter for the Queens County Historical Society July 1975.

[Note by typist: All data recorded below may not actually be on the stone. These appears to be notations added to some entries. There also seems to be two list - one numbered & one not. They are combined below, but may be two small cemeteries from the one area.]

This is a small cemetery, off Henderson Road, about 1/4 mil from home of Mr. Martin (not far from road to Shannon). It is on side of a gravel pit owned by Lawrence McCrea. It is only after ones passes these 4 or 5 stones than one notices that there is a gravel pit on the other side of the little slope.

This cemetery is owned by [___] Henderson. One of them married Wm. Cruikshank.

Note - the name WRATH was seen as RATH in P.E.I - probably German. Mr. McCay died on Henderson lease, so they buried him. McCays were formerly McCoys.
