NOTICE OF SUMMONS

This is a special proceeding begun for the purpose of having the account of the plaintiff, A. M. Whitsett, as administrator of Nathan Brown, deceased, also as administrator of S. F. Walker, deceased, taken and settled and distribution made of the net surplus in the hands of the plaintiff to and amongst those entitled thereto under a decree of said Court, and for such other relief as the plaintiff may be entitled to, and it appearing to the Court that Thomas Pierson (sic, but is probably Pinson) and wife Martha Pierson, W. N. Massey, Mary Areny Massey, J. E. Massey, Otis Massey, Mary Abbie Massey, T. E. Massey, W. F. Rice, J. N. Rice, Lelia Rice, N. L. Brown, James Martin and wife Lucinda Martin, H. H. Reynolds and wife M. J. Reynolds, W. A. Crutchfield and wife L. S. Crutchfield, J. T. Brown, J. R. Cruze, Massey Mires and wife Katherine Mires, J. W. Runnells, Mary J. Runnells, W. M. Cruze, J. D. Cruze, Andrew Cruze, Sarah L. Cruze, M. I. Cruze, Viney J. Cruze, Everett C. Powell, Nathan E. Powell, Jacob Clark and wife Susan E. Clark, J. W. Field and wife Ella N. Field, W. N. Neenam and wife N. H. Neenam, Wm. Walker and wife Mary F. Walker, Lelia Brown, T. C. Brown, W. H. Perkins and wife Mittie Perkins, Tho. C. McGill and wife Annie McGill, Leander Brown, Jetherd Brown, James P. Brown, Zipporah Brown, Daniel Brown, Nathan Brown, Thomas Brown, Mattie Covington, Lula Covington, E. H. Enoch and W. B. Enoch defendants herein are non-residents of said State and are interested, or claim to be interested in the distribution of the estates of decedents, are hereby required to appear and answer or demur to the complaint filed in this cause, at the office of the Clerk of said Court, where the summons in this cause is returnable on the 21st day of Nov. 1892, or the plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded to the complaint.
