It is becoming increasingly clear -- to me, at least -- that there is a connection between the Boone family (of pioneer fame) and the ancient Bohun family. This extended family then has one of the longest known pedigrees.

I am taking a risk, before all the cards are in, of assuming that this connection will be proved.

Not that it carries much weight, but Bohun and Boone are pronounced the same, with an o as in move.
