Phillimore’s description of this register sums it up:

“It is an ill-assorted and ill-kept medley of records, very carelessly collected into one volume.” [Somerset Parish Registers Marriages Volume III 1901].

There are periods when entries are not chronological suggesting that entries may have been entered some time after the event.

It looks as if though somebody has numbered the pages, possibly after the register was collected together. Sometimes that page number is not always visible.

Because it is so disorganised, a list of what may be found on each page and the register coverage is shown here. There are only a handful of records before 1642 but these are included in this transcription..

THIS TRANSCRIPTION

All of the CMBs from 1709-1720 were transcribed to the 2^nd Curry Rivel register so this transcription covers the period up to 1708. The records for 1709-1720 can be interrogated on the FREEREG website (see link below). The surname variation list mentioned below may aid your interrogations.

The page number mentioned above is included to aid finding. No entry numbers are used in the register but I have indicated the physical sequence of the entry on the page to help you find a record you may be interested in.
