Edward died 1680, Portsmouth, Newport, RI. Edward was at Island of Aquidneck, Rhode Island in 1638. He was at Newport by 20 May, 1638.

Stephen died 6 Feb 1690, Westerly, Wash. Co., RI. LDS card 1428 page 12,424 Stephen was received as an inhabitant of Portsmouth, March 5, 1656. He was admitted a freeman of Warwick, May 18, 1658. None of the descendants of Stephen appears to have settled in Tiverton, but all resides on Rhode Island or on the west side of Narragansett Bay, except Daniel and William, who went to Stonington, Conn.

In 1658, Jan. 30, he had a deed of thirty-four acres from Thomas Hazard as dower with his wife. May 18, 1669, his name was in the list of inhabitants of Westerly. In 1670 he was complained of, with his partakers, by John Richards, Treasurer of Harvard College, for unjustly possessing five hundred acres in the Pequot country, on the east side of Pawcatuck River, within the bounds of Stonington.

This is "Daniel Wilcox of Puncatest". His marriage to Elizabeth Cooke is recorded in the register of the town of Plymouth, Mass.
