The Holy Bible, Containing the Old and New Testaments: Translated out of the Original Tongues and With the Former Translations Diligently Compared and Revised ( Stereotype Edition; London: Printed by George Eyre and Andrew Strahan, for the British and Foreign Bible Society, 1824, Original Bible in possession of John K. Ellis, 6 Victoria Rd., Summerside, PEI, Canada. Fair condition, some pages loose and tattered, a few pages missing. Inscription on inside front page, with the portion showing name of recipient torn away, but owner's name (H. Ellis) is on the Title Page. Entries of Births, Marriages and Deaths were made on the back of the New Testament Title Page (p. 970). I believe the marriage entry and births of the two eldest children were made at the same time.
