BIOGRAPHY
My name is Debbie Blankenship. I was born Debra Davis in San Jose, California. I have lived in Sacramento, California most of my life. This homepage represents my quest to discover my own ancestry. My search began several years ago to satisfy my own personal curiosity, and in the process I have found it to be an enjoyable hobby. I had very little information to start with, but I have since been able to trace some of my families lines back several generations. When I am at a standstill on my families names, I then dedicate some time in working on my husbands genealogy. When I am not working on research I spend a great deal of time working out doors in my yard, and my vegetable garden. You are free to use the data that you find her for your own personal use. Paternal: The surnames I am currently working on are Cozine, Stogsdill, and Minear. My family settled in the Riverside County area of California in the late 1920's. Before coming to California they were scattered in several counties in the the states of Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Kentucky. Maternal: The surnames that I am working on are Robison, Mason, Shohoney, and Weidenhammer. My Robison line settled in California and Arizona, but before that they were in the state of Oklahoma. And my Mason lines settled in the Santa Clara and Sonoma Counties of California, and they were originally from Kentucky.
Paternal: My husbands surnames include Blankenship, Smith, Koonce, and Pigg.
