Pendleton County To Wit
Pursuant to an order of the court of said County made at the January term 1828, being first duly sworn as the law directs, I have this day settled the account of Henry Bland Excor of Thomas Bland dec.d upon the estate of said Thomas Bland and find a balance in the hands of the Excor subject to distribution of one hundred and fifty dollars, as above stated, Given under my hand the 18th day of Jan. 1828. Geo. W. Amiss At a court held for Pendleton County the 6th day of February 1828 - - This Settlement of the Estate of Thomas Bland dec.d was returned to the court and ordered to be recorded. Teste Z.
