George died 22 May 1926 in Hillsboro, Montgomery County, Illinois.  He is buried at the Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorrento, Bond County, Illinois.  He lived at his last residence for 13 years.  George was a farmer.

Notes on Hester Farris

Hester died 27 Aug 1932 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.  She is buried beside her husband at the Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorrento, Bond County, Illinois.

There are a few "stories" about Hester that I have not been able to prove.  She was suppose to have been 1/4 Cherokee Indian.  She chewed plug tobacco and brushed her teeth with wood ash.  At the time of her death she had all of her own teeth.
