I searched LDS (www.familysearch.org) for a variety of 'repeated' family names with John & Sarah as parents. The only 3 names found are listed, though there could be more children born to this couple. Eleonore b 1819 {mentioned as a child of this couple on the Edwards family forum}- not listed in LDS as a child of John & Sarah (which doesn't necessarily mean she is not one of their children). Alternatively she could be Eleanor Roland / Rowland / Rolland {wife of John Meredith}?
