Donegal Historical Society - They produce the Donegal Annual and maintain the Museum at the Franciscan Friary, Rossknowlagh. 

Donegal Roman Catholic Records - this particular page within the Irish Ancestors website gives you a very good breakdown on the records, including where they are held, dates and film numbers (for LDS film numbers)
