I think if you will look at Benjamin Newton's name as spelled by the registrar, it appears to be Benjamin Weden. At the bottom of the document, Benjamin signs in his own handwriting "NEWTON." Now compare this with Jane's name and the registrar has listed her also as Weden, but if it is consistent with Benjamins spelling her name should be Jane NEWTON.
