I Daniel Doverspike of Pierce Post Office Armstrong County and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do here by make, published an declared this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time herefore made.
First: I direct the payments of my debts, if any, and funeral expenses.
Second: I give, devise and bequeath unto My Wife The Residence in which we now live in Pierce Post Office Armstrong County Penna with all contents there in, and all Buildings Situated on said lot contents there in to be hers as long as she lives their.
Third: After her Death it is to be Sold By My Executors and money devided among my children. Share alike with this exceptions.
Fourth: To my daughter Sadie Doverspike I give devise and bequeath Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for her faithful duties to her Father and Mother. This shall be in excess of what ever money she has recieved from My Estate before. This shall not be paid to her until one year after the Death of my wife and the Executors shall look after her welfare.
Fifth: The balance of My Estate consisting of Four and One Half Acers more or less in Pierce Post Office Armstrong County. Farm in Redbank Township Armstrong County. Money in Bank contents on Farm, and any other property or contents, I may at the time be passed of at said time to be sold by My Executors, and money devided as stated in this Will.
First: I give and bequeath My Wife Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) as her share in my estate to be paid to her in cash. This is in excess to House and Lot left to her in First Part of My Will.
Second: To My Daughter Mary and wife of Joseph Shaffer I have given Two hundred and fifthy Dollars ($250.00) with out interest which I hold I hold his note therefore Which shall be charged against her interest in My estate at time of settlement.
Third: To my Son Clark Jr. I have given all shed shack and Farm Implements to the amount of Two Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($280.00) without interest which I have his note therefore Which shall be charged aganist his interest in My Estate at time of Settlement.
Fourth: It is My wish that all My Children share and share alike in my estate. Except as stated on first page to My Daughter Sadie.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Harry A. Doverspike of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and Jos H. Shaffer of Pierce Pennsylvania to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament, set my hand and seal, this Twenty Second (22) day of August in the year one thousand nine hundred and 14
