The main focus of my Dowdy research has been in the Stoddard Co., Missouri area. I have received so much help from other Dowdy Family researchers that I have expanded the focus to include Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, North Carolina, Texas and where ever else those Dowdy's wandered. Over the past couple of years, with all your help and contributions this site has doubled in size and helped many people find their family links.
