William Harvey Land Record, Campbell County, Virginia: Will Book 3, page 398

Pursuant to an order ot the worshipful Court of Campbell to us directed we have this day proceeded to allot the lands of William Harvey Senr deceased amongst his legatees and report theron accordingly.

Lot No. one including the mansion house, on Cub Creek, containing eighty acres as marked by new dividing line to Jesse Harvey.

Lot No. two to Richard Harvey adjoining lot no one on the Creek above also marked out by new lines containing one hundred and thirty acres.

Lot No. three to Jack Harvey adjoining lot no two on the Creek above marked out by new lines containing eighty three acres.

Lot No. four to James Bailey and Nancy his wife adjoining lot No. three on the Creek above marked out by new lines containing seventy seven acres.

Lot no five to John Johnston and Polly his wife adjoining lot no four on the Creek above, marked out by new lines, containing ninety acres.

Lot no. six to Lewis Hammock and Betsy his wife adjoining lot no five on the Creek above, marked out by new lines containing one hundred and thirty acres.

Lot No. seven to Thomas Harvey it being part of another tract of land lying on the north forks of Cob Creek, the largest part of which is in Charlotte County, this lot adjoins the said Thomas Harveys own lands, the lands of Overton Evans and others is marked out by a new dividing line, and contains two hundred and seventy two acres which land stands on the commissioners Book in Charlotte County, the tax heretofore haveing been paid in said County.

Lot no. eight to the heirs of William Harvey Jun deceased adjoining lot no seven on the East side thereof, marked out by a new dividing line and contains three hundred and thirty two acres.
