Dec 02 2010 : Hi howdy hullo how ya dooooing? Last update was in Jun 2009 and a ton of stuff has happened since then.... I was on facebook - but have deleted both it and my myspace pages. Some established "fact" in my family history changed.... Let's just say I wasn't surprised, but still frustrated. I will be taking down some genealogy pages because of the change. "The truth will set you free".... Yeah well maybe, maybe not... Anyways, my family history has just expanded and with all that I've been through in the year 2010, I won't be jumping back into research again any time soon. Maybe summer 2012? Who knows.... Anyways, my email still works so drop me a line.

BOTH OF THESE CENSUSES HAVE HIM AS BEING BORN ABT 1838/1839 AND THAT HE WAS BORN IN NEW YORK AND NOT MISSOURI AND HAS HIM LISTED AS HASBROUCK. HECK, THE 1880 ONE HAS HIM AS BEING FROM ITALY, RIGHT, AND WE KNOW THAT ORIGIN TO BE FALSE, SO, I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO THE HASBROUCK FAMILY ASSOCIATION TO SEE IF MAYBE, QUITE POSSIBLY, HOPEFULLY, AND PRAYERFULLY, THAT SOMEONE THERE ALREADY HAS OUR DANIEL ON FILE AND JUST LOST TRACK OF HIM AFTER THE CIVIL WAR OR DIDN'T CARE TO CONTINUE HIS LINE FOR WHATEVER MYRIAD OF REASONS. ------> I have received updates from Rudy Longoria, and new inquiries from Angelita Guerrero, Sharon Bonnette, Maragarita Rojas, Frank Morales, Chanda Hesbrook, Cathy Hesbrook, Claudio Norman Gonzales, Valerie Hesbrook, Ana Hesbrook, Nikki Hessbrook, and more "cousins". Don't worry, guys! I am trying my hardest to get back to all of you Hesbrook cousins! I am currently trying to put together a document that I could send out to anyone inquiring of me about the Hesbrook family name(s). I have not been keeping up with the Hessbrook/Hesbrook Newsletter as I ought to have been, sorry! I've been very busy with work and moving and all kinds of things going on. How funny now that summer is here I get lots of new contacts and inquiries! I'm not complaining at all - I LOVE to meet new people, especially new cousins. I'm also not trying to irritate my other cousins from other parts of my family who have contacted me - don't worry I will get to you, too! Anyways, here's to an exciting summer! I pray that someday soon we can find out more information on Daniel and Juanita and trace them back even further and get past the brick wall they currently represent! 20 May 2007

------> Got in Contact with Rudy Longoria, descended from Frank Hesbrook. Am still in process of gathering more information from him. April 2006
------> Will add the information on the brothers and sisters of Albert and Helena Hessbrook. Yes! They are brother and sister - this was confirmed by Dora Hesbrook Nelson via phone call on 12 March 2006. YAY!!!
