Whereas by an Order of the High Court of Chancery, dated the 11th of November last, the Creditors of the Rt.Hon. John Lord Jefferies, deceased, who have not already proved their Debts, and paid their Contributions, are to come in and prove their said Debts, and pay their Contributions before James Medlycott, Esq. one of the Masters of the said Court, at his House in Shire-lane[?] near Lincoln's Inn, in the County of Middlesex, before the 11th of May next, or else they will be excluded from the Benefit of the said Decree.




Jacob Evans, Prisoner in the Castle in the County of Gloucester, having petitioned one of her Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County, and his Warrant sign'd thereupon, directed the Keeper of the said Prison to bring him to the next General Quarter Sessions to be held for the said County, by Adjournment, at the Boothall in the City of Gloucester, on the 19th of May next, to be discharged pursuant to an Act lately passed for Relief of Insolvent Debtors, and he conforming himself in all things as the Act directs his Creditors are to take notice thereof.




John Hayes, Nathaniel Tilley [?], Thomas Love, Edward Oborne, and Thomas Oborne, Prisoners in Ivelchester Goal in the county of Somerset, having petitioned on of her Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County, and his Warrant signed thereupon, directed the Keeper of the said Prison, to bring them to the next General Quarter Sessions to be held for the said County, by Adjournment, at Ivelchester, on the 19th of May next, to be discharged pursuant to an Act lately passed for Relief of Insolvent Debtors; and they conforming themselves in all thing as the Act directs, their Creditors are to take notice thereof.




Thomas Collings, John Combar [?], Robert Sargeaunt, James Hodges, Charles Smith, Jacob Dankins alias Dawson, Aaron Tewquin, David Collicott, Andrew Shepard, Daniel Gay, John Stone, John Collins, Henry Smith, George Kerby, Will. Rainer, Tho. Oldver, Tho. King, Andrew Mawson, John Benbow, Simon Duncalf, William Durwood, (Mary Spragg alias Willis alias Smith, John Amber, John Boy, John Kitchin) Prisoners in Whitechapel Prison in the County of Middlesex, having petitioned one of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County, and his Warrant signed thereupon, directed to the Keeper of the said Prison, to bring them to the next General Sessions held for the said County, to be discharged pursuant to an Act lately passed for Relief of Insolvent Debtors; and they conforming themselves, in all things as the Act directs, their Creditors are to take notice thereof.
