Sudden Death - The body of Mr.Pye, of Windsor, who had been many years cook to her Royal Highness
the Princess Augusta and George III, was discovered in the Thames, between Windsor & Staines, opposite
to Ankerwycke House by two of Messrs. Ramsbottom and Co's, draymen, who were passing along the road
with their dray yesterday morning about 5 o'clock . The men after taking the body out from the water conveyed
it to the workhouse at Egham, where a coroners inquest will be held on it, either this day or Monday next.
Henry Hill was fined �3 by the Mayor on Thursday last for suffering gambling and disorderly conduct at
his beershop, the Brunswick Arms, in Brook-street.
